Your data should be as small as the beta.
js/config.js, review this notice for your actual setup, and take legal advice if your use changes materially.Who is responsible for your data?
The intended data controller is REPLACE WITH YOUR NAMES OR BUSINESS NAME. Contact: hello@example.com.
What we collect
- Your email address when you create a beta account.
- Optional country and previous-Irish information.
- Your quiz result and component scores.
- Basic referral information such as UTM campaign parameters.
- Your separate choice about optional marketing emails.
Why we use it
We use account and quiz information to run the beta, save your result, understand whether the product is useful, invite testers, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We use marketing consent only if you positively opt in.
Service providers
The planned public beta uses Supabase for account authentication/database hosting and an email delivery provider for passwordless sign-in messages. If product analytics are later enabled, this notice must be updated to describe them accurately before collection begins.
Retention
Keep beta account information only while the beta is active and it remains useful for the stated purposes. Define a concrete retention period before public launch; a sensible starting policy is to review inactive beta accounts after 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us. A delete-account control is also included in the beta dashboard once the Supabase deletion function is deployed.
Marketing
Creating an account is separate from opting into promotional emails. The marketing checkbox is optional and unticked by default.
Adults only
This first beta is intended for people aged 18 and over.
