Beta terms — draft

A small set of rules for an unfinished product.

Before public launch: these are practical draft terms, not bespoke legal advice. Insert your real operator/controller details and review them for your circumstances.

1. The beta is experimental

Gaeilge Again is an unfinished test product. Features, content, availability and the proposed future price can change or disappear.

2. It is not a certified assessment

Quiz results are prototype feedback only. They are not TEG, CEFR, school-exam or professional language qualifications.

3. Irish-language content

The private prototype contains draft content. Public teaching content should be reviewed before launch, but mistakes may still occur. Please report anything that looks wrong to hello@example.com.

4. Accounts

You must use an email address you are entitled to use. The first beta is for adults aged 18+.

5. No payment yet

Joining the beta is free. Any displayed annual price is market-testing information and is not a charge or commitment.

6. Ending the beta

We may suspend or close the beta while it is experimental. If we close it, beta personal data should be handled according to the privacy notice.
